A Little About My Journey:
After the birth of my daughter in 2020, I went through a major mental and physical transformation, and my body looked nothing like it used to. It was like looking in the mirror at a total stranger. Fast forward through four abdominal surgeries, and it took immense courage and dedication to get back in shape.
As I shared my journey, other mothers found inspiration in my story. I began coaching in person and soon realized my passion for becoming an online fitness coach. I am committed to this healthy lifestyle and want nothing more than to inspire other women to take action now, to change their tomorrow.
